What LOVEYOURS is

LOVEYOURS is a digital entertainment product. The companion is a fictional character generated by software. It is not a real person, not a human relationship service, and not a medical, legal, financial, counselling or emergency service.

Who can use it

LOVEYOURS is for adults aged 18 years or older. You must confirm your age before purchase. If you are under 18, you may not buy or use this product.

What you get

  • One-time payment of ₹730
  • 365 days of access from activation
  • Approximately 700 user-sent chat messages during that period
  • Games, daily good morning messages and memories, which do not consume chat messages

There is no auto-renewal and no subscription. Access simply ends when the 365-day period is over, or when the included message allowance is used, whichever happens first for that part of the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your email and password private. Do not share your account. We may suspend access if an account is used abusively, shared commercially, or used to attempt to break the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use LOVEYOURS to produce or request sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content
  • Do not attempt to present the companion as a real person to others
  • Do not attempt to access other customers' data or interfere with the service

Availability

We aim to keep LOVEYOURS available and working. Occasional maintenance, outages or changes to features can happen. Where a verified technical issue prevents you from receiving what you paid for, write to us.

Payments

Payment is handled by Cashfree. Access is granted only after the payment has been verified on our server. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your purchased access, we will make that clear inside the product.
