What we collect
When you buy LOVEYOURS, we store the details you give us and the data the product needs to work:
- Your name, age, gender and email address
- Your preferred language (English, Hindi or Hinglish)
- Your conversation history inside the app
- Memories you explicitly ask the companion to remember
- Your access period, message allowance and messages used
- A payment reference for your purchase
How it is used
Your information is used only to run your LOVEYOURS account: to give you access, to keep your conversations and memories available when you return, to count your message usage and to support you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your account data is private to you. Access is restricted at the database level so one customer cannot read another customer's profile, conversations, memories or payment records.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Card and banking details are entered on Cashfree's checkout and are never stored by LOVEYOURS. We keep only a payment reference and status.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
Our public pages use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure how well our advertising works. It records that a page was viewed, that the offer page was seen, that a checkout was started and that a purchase was completed, along with the order value. This is used for measurement and to improve our advertising; we do not upload your name, email, phone number or any part of your conversations to Meta.
Where the law requires consent — including the EU, EEA, the UK and Switzerland — the pixel loads only after you accept in our cookie notice, and not at all if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawing applies immediately. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can still opt out through the same link or through your Meta ad preferences.
Nothing inside your private companion — chats, memories or greetings — is ever shared with Meta.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your access period is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return or raise a payment issue. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
- Edit or delete saved memories yourself, inside the app
- Change your preferred language at any time
- Email us to request a copy or deletion of your data
