What we collect
When you create a LOVEYOURS account, we store the details you give us and the data the product needs to work:
- Your name, age, gender and email address
- Your preferred language (English, Hindi or Hinglish)
- Your Charm preferences, scenario choices, saved attempts and exercise scores
- Historical conversation records associated with earlier access
- Memories you explicitly choose to save
- Your access period, message allowance and messages used
- A payment reference for your purchase
How it is used
Your information is used to run your LOVEYOURS account: to give you access, save practice progress, keep your historical conversations and memories available when you return, to count your message usage and to support you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your data and we do not use private practice content for advertising.
Who can see it
Your account data is private to you. Access is restricted at the database level so one customer cannot read another customer's profile, conversations, memories or payment records.
Historical payment records
New purchases are temporarily unavailable. For historical purchases, card and banking details were handled by the payment provider and were never stored by LOVEYOURS. We keep only the references and statuses needed for access, support and financial records.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
Our public pages use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure how well our advertising works. It records that a page was viewed or that the offer page was seen. Historical checkout and verified-purchase events may also be retained, including order value. This is used for measurement and to improve our advertising; we do not upload your name, email, phone number or any part of your conversations to Meta.
Where the law requires consent — including the EU, EEA, the UK and Switzerland — the pixel loads only after you accept in our cookie notice, and not at all if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawing applies immediately. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can still opt out through the same link or through your Meta ad preferences.
Private scenario choices, scores, support messages, chats and memories are not sent to Meta.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your access period is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return or raise a payment issue. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.

- Submit an account deletion request for secure review
- Edit or delete historical saved memories inside the legacy app
- Change your preferred language at any time
- Email us to request a copy or deletion of your data
